All Threadsignature products are made to order and customized according to your submitted design, text, photo, or embroidery request.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Production times may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or high-volume seasons.

Shipping Time

South Korea:

• Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Threadsignature is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information (if available) via email or SMS.
